This prize draw is organised by Jake’s Bakes, The Market House, St Austell, Cornwall, on behalf of participating hospitality venues contributing to the prize fund.

1. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 9th February until 12:00 midday on Monday 19th April 2026.

All completed entries must be submitted in person to Jake’s Bakes in The Market House before the closing time.

Late entries will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

• Proof of age may be requested.

• Employees of participating venues may enter but may not use a receipt from their own place of work as part of their 10 venues.

• One completed entry per person.

3. How to Enter

To enter:

1. Collect receipts from 10 different participating hospitality venues in St Austell during the promotion period.

2. Attach the 10 receipts to your official Hospitality Adventure flyer.

3. Submit the completed flyer to Jake’s Bakes before the closing deadline.

Each venue will have flyers available (subject to availability) and display a poster in their window.

Receipts must be from 10 different participating venues. Only one receipt per venue counts towards the total.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Participants may request a blank receipt from participating venues during the promotion period in order to complete their entry.

5. The Prize

• 1 x First Prize: £100 cash

• 2 x Runner-Up Prizes: £30 cash each

The total prize fund has been collectively contributed to by participating venues.

Prizes are non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.

6. Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.

• The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

• The draw will be filmed and shared on social media.

• Winners will be contacted using the contact details provided on their entry form.

• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

7. Data Protection

Contact details provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this prize draw and contacting winners. Details will not be shared with third parties and will be securely disposed of after the competition has concluded.

8. General

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

• The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any incomplete, fraudulent or non-compliant entries.

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• The promoter’s decision is final.
