As a science graduate, I’ve always been fascinated by the chemistry behind baking. There’s something magical about combining ingredients, following processes, and turning them into something delicious. What started as a hobby—baking cakes for family birthdays and making cookies for gifts—has grown into a business I’m truly passionate about.

Jake's Bakes is a home bakery where I focus on creating treats that are full of flavour and rustic in appearance. Whether it's a gooey brownie or a perfectly moist cake, I believe that great baking starts with attention to detail and a passion for quality.

When I’m not baking, I’m spending time with my two young children, who are my biggest fans and best taste-testers! As a family, we love indulging in sweet treats, and I’m proud to bring that same sense of joy and indulgence to you.
